Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups rye flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- ¼ cup rye flakes (Optional)
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Steps
- Put water, honey, butter, salt, rye flour, all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, rye flakes, sugar, and yeast, respectively, into the pan of your bread machine.
- Select Basic setting and press Start.
